Meet Andrew

I’m a Marketing Technology–focused Front-End Developer who helps brands turn websites into scalable marketing engines.

Currently, I work at The Authority Company, where I manage and enhance high-visibility websites for Forbes Books, South by Southwest Books, Entrepreneur Books, and additional C-suite and executive-level brands. My role sits at the intersection of development, marketing strategy, and automation—supporting editorial, marketing, and leadership teams with tools that improve efficiency, SEO performance, and content scalability.

My core expertise is in WordPress as a marketing platform, including:

• Custom theme and plugin development
• Marketing-focused API integrations (REST, Google Maps, YouTube, schema, automation)
• SEO and performance enhancements
• Content and editorial workflow optimization
• CMS tooling that empowers non-technical marketing teams

Beyond WordPress, I work with JavaScript, PHP, and modern front-end workflows (Next.Js + Sanity.io CMS), and I’m actively expanding into React, React Native, Expo, and Firebase to support cross-platform experiences and future-facing marketing ecosystems.

I also run Pomalo Development, a boutique consultancy where I help small businesses and growing brands align web development, marketing technology, and business strategy—from discovery and architecture to launch and optimization.
